Right, let me pull back the curtain a bit and talk about what happens after your wedding day.
People often think the photographer’s job ends when the last dance finishes. But honestly? That’s when a huge chunk of the work begins.
For a typical wedding, I’ll take thousands of photos throughout the day. Then comes the editing process:
Sorting through every single image – Going through thousands of photos to select the best ones.
Colour correction and enhancement – Making sure the colours are true to life and the images look their absolute best.
Retouching – Removing any distractions, smoothing out wrinkles in clothing, that kind of thing.
Creating a cohesive gallery – Making sure all the images work together to tell the complete story of your day.
